1. how long will it take to receive my order ?
domestic orders usually take 3-7 days for arrival, international orders can sometimes take 1-8 weeks !
2. what do you use to ship ?
i use Pirate Ship to create my shipping labels, and I will always use the united states postal service for as long as i can ! support the USPS !
3. what kind of resin do you use for coating your charms, earrings, and keychains ?
i use alumilite amazing clear casting resin (high gloss)
4. what kind of earring backs do you use ?
i use bead landing fishhook earrings, nickel free
5. how are shipping prices calculated ?
i use "pirate ship" to estimate prices, based on packages' weight, size, cost of packaging, and location
international shipping varies by area but can be upwards of $16 USD
6. how can i track my order ?
if you are within the US, you can text your tracking number to "28777" to receive tracking updates. standard msg rates apply.
if not within the US, search for the "USPS Track and Confirm Tool" to track your package
7. my package says it was delivered, but its not here !
unfortunately i am not responsible for any packages lost/stolen after the tracking has been noted as delivered.
i have contacted the USPS with filing claims for lost packages before, and they stated: the package may have been dropped or picked up by a neighbor or someone else. they recommend contacting your local USPS about the lost package and waiting 1-2 business days if the package shows up.
unfortunately there isn't anything that i or the USPS can do or reimburse if anything happens to the package after it has been delivered.
due to this: if package theft is high in your shipping area, i highly recommend you to ship to a secure address, where someone can sign for the package.
8. what are the instructions for washing socks ?
machine wash - temperature 30 degrees celsius, 80 degrees farenheit
don't bleach or iron, don't tumble dry
9. what are the washing instructions for the mugs?
hand-washing and hand-drying is recommended for longer lasting mugs!
do not wash with abrasive chemicals or cleaning pads. *they are not microwave safe !
chips happen ! if this happens the manufacturer recommends applying naval jelly to the exposed area for 10 minutes to prevent rusting. you can also coat with cooking oil.
if chips happen where food or drink may come into contact, it is recommended to discontinue use so you don't accidentally ingest small chips.
11. when are you restocking a design/item?
because my shop is small, i have a limited budget for what i can afford to manufacture. so unless it is a handmade item, or an extremely popular design, i usually don't plan to restock a design, because i want to try making new items/designs.
12. do you ship to the UK?
starting 2021, the UK has started charging VAT (value added tax) on all products coming into the UK. because i run this shop all by myself, i can't handle dealing with more tax policies and regulations, i have decided to stop shipping to the UK until i have time to figure something out. sorry to those interested in the mean time, and thank you to all my previous UK customers for your support in the past !
11. i dont see my country listed? do you ship to my country?
besides the UK, i ship most anywhere! send me an email and i'll add it! please be prepared for pretty hefty shipping prices for international orders,,, apologies in advance. (i dont control how expensive international shipping prices are!)
12. do you like seeing customer photos ?
yes yes 1000 times yes. it makes my day seeing people being happy with my products !
